By using ReceiptSheet ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
ReceiptSheet extracts data from receipt photos using AI and writes the extracted data to your Google Sheet. The Service is a utility tool, not financial or tax advice.
The Service provides AI-extracted data as-is. While we aim for high accuracy, AI extraction can make errors. You are responsible for verifying all extracted amounts, dates, and details before using them for accounting, tax, or any financial purpose. ReceiptSheet is not liable for errors in extracted data.
You agree to:
You own your receipt data. We do not store it (see our Privacy Policy). Extracted data is written to your Google Sheet, which is your property under Google's terms.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Anthropic, Google, Stripe) that may experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceiptSheet's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or tax penalties resulting from incorrect extractions.
The Service, its code, design, and documentation are our property. Your receipt data and Google Sheet content are your property. These terms don't transfer any IP rights in either direction beyond what's needed to provide the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your D1 account data and KV tokens are deleted within 48 hours. Your Google Sheet data remains yours.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
